In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Real Funds" — refers to deposits made by a player using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required before a player's first withdrawal and in certain other circumstances at vx111's discretion.
• "Licence" — the international online gaming licence held by vx111's operating entity, authorising it to provide real-money casino and sports betting services.

By completing the vx111 account registration process, clicking "I agree" or any equivalent confirmation, or by placing any bet, wager, or game round on the vx111 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vx111. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for an account or use the vx111 platform in any way.

These Terms should be read together with vx111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use vx111, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the vx111 platform. Multiple accounts per player, per device, per household, or per payment method are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your vx111 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.
• Not use a false identity, assume the identity of another person, or provide any misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or at any subsequent point.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify vx111 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly contact information and payment method details.

vx111 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. vx111 also reserves the right to close any account at any time where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that these Terms have been breached or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, other players, or regulatory compliance.

vx111 is required by the conditions of its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal request and in certain other circumstances at vx111's discretion. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity — a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence (clear, unobstructed photo of both sides).
• Proof of Age — confirming you are 21 years of age or older (typically satisfied by proof of identity).
• Proof of Address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence in your name, showing your residential address in Pakistan.
• Proof of Payment Method — confirmation that the JazzCash number, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds — in higher-value cases, vx111 may request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited to your account, as required by anti-money-laundering obligations.

KYC documents must be submitted in the format requested by the vx111 verification team. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days from receipt of all required documents. Withdrawals will be held pending successful completion of KYC and will be released promptly upon approval.

Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

vx111 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only through the following approved payment methods:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank (bank transfer)
• Raast and 1LINK (inter-bank instant payment)

The minimum deposit amount on vx111 is Rs 200. There is no platform-side fee charged by vx111 on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not within vx111's control.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — even if made with your knowledge or consent — are not permitted and will be flagged for review. Such deposits may be returned to the source account and the associated vx111 account suspended pending investigation.

vx111 reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership at any time. Funds deposited via unverified or unverifiable payment methods may be withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests on vx111 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. This applies to the first withdrawal; subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to additional verification at vx111's discretion.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are (a) registered in your legal name and (b) the same payment method or account used for deposits where technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit on vx111 under standard account conditions; however, higher-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence and Source of Funds requests.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by vx111 within one (1) business hour under normal operating conditions. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically settle to the recipient's mobile wallet within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days to appear in the receiving account.
• vx111 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Any fees deducted by the receiving payment provider are outside vx111's control.

vx111 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, multiple account use, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, vx111 will contact you by email with the reason and any steps required to resolve the hold.

vx111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The following general principles apply to all vx111 bonuses unless explicitly overridden by an offer-specific term:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the offer terms at the time the bonus is activated. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement on vx111 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution rate by game category is published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless a specific validity period is stated in the offer terms, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering a bonus, the maximum single bet permitted is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the outstanding bonus amount (whichever is lower), unless the offer terms state otherwise. Placing bets above this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: vx111 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a bonus payout, or using any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Detected bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and in repeat or serious cases, permanent closure.

vx111 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after activation, any Real Funds deposited in connection with the bonus offer will be returned in full; Bonus Funds will be removed from the account.

All bets and wagers placed on vx111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet or starting a game round, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or market.

Casino Games: All RNG-based casino games on vx111 are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose software has been independently tested for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel. vx111 does not have the ability to alter game outcomes, payout percentages, or RNG seeds — these are controlled entirely by the certified game provider software.

Sports Betting: Bets on sports events, including cricket, PSL, and international fixtures, are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type. In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability and may be suspended without notice during certain events or data feed interruptions. Ante-post bets stand unless the specific event is cancelled without a replacement.

Voided Bets: vx111 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed at an odds or payout value that resulted from a manifest technical error on the platform
• Where the outcome of the event was known to the player at the time of bet placement (match-fixing, data leaks, or insider information)
• Where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the rescheduling window, or abandoned before a result is determined under the applicable sport rules
• Where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or the applicable game rules

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game. These are displayed in each game interface and betting market. vx111 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vx111 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one vx111 account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of bonus abuse or circumventing exclusions
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent identity or payment verification process
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, theft, or any other illegal source
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with the platform's operation
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform malfunction for financial gain; any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the account
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome, or are in any way connected to match-fixing activity
• Attempting to reverse any payment using chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider while your account remains active and the transaction in question is legitimately your own
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vx111 support staff or other players
• Using the vx111 platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming

vx111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with the conditions of its international gaming licence. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vx111 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over any platform content and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, redistribute, transmit, or publicly display any vx111 platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any vx111 software
• Create derivative works based on any vx111 content or branding
• Use vx111 branding or trademarks without prior written authorisation from vx111
• Frame or mirror any part of the vx111 platform on any third-party website

Any unauthorised use of vx111's intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and, where applicable, pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vx111 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling on the vx111 platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sports results, or betting market movements
• Interruptions, outages, or technical failures affecting access to the platform or the processing of bets and payments, where such interruptions are beyond vx111's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the vx111 platform, even if vx111 had been advised of the possibility of such damages
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party data feeds used in live betting markets, or delays in data transmission that result in in-play odds being displayed at incorrect values for brief periods

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit vx111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

vx111's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your vx111 account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter covered by these Terms, please follow the procedure below:

1. First Step — Contact vx111 Support: Submit your complaint in writing by emailing vx111 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your account details (do not include your password), and any supporting evidence. vx111 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve standard disputes within 5 business days.

3. Third Step — Licence Authority: If the matter remains unresolved after completion of both preceding steps, you may escalate the dispute to the gaming authority under which vx111 holds its international licence. vx111 is bound by the licence authority's dispute resolution determinations.

While a dispute is under active investigation, vx111 may place a temporary hold on the affected account or relevant portion of the account balance. This hold is applied for investigative purposes only and does not constitute a determination of the dispute's outcome.

vx111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vx111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following: a prominent notice on the vx111 platform homepage, an email notification to your registered account email address, or an in-platform notification on next login.

Your continued use of the vx111 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using vx111 and contact support to arrange account closure prior to the effective date of the amended Terms where practicable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vx111 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

vx111's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.
